My Christmas Wishlist

Hello beautiful ladies,

Where has this year gone? It’s already half way through November and I’m sure I’ll wake up and its already Christmas day. Nonetheless, I haven’t forgotten to do a wishlist to hand to my fiancé when he asks what I want.

Compared to last year, when I didn’t want a lot because I bought everything I wanted, this year has been a lot more restrained with only goal achieved rewards and my own personal spending money being spent on beauty products. There is no way I’m going to get everything on my wishlist but here it is anyway.

Please note: all photos are from the website I’ve included to buy from.

MARC JACOBS Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter – $63 from www.sephora.com.au

I have wanted this for so long. It was supposed to be part of my rewards one month but it had sold out and then with the recent Sephora sale, it wasn’t even there but I checked again and its back. Maybe I should just put this with this months rewards seeing as though I’m desperate to have these………

img_8717KEVYN AUCOIN The Neo-Bronzer in Siena – $84 from www.mecca.com.au

This has been on my wishlist for so long but because of the limited amount of money I have to spend on makeup, it just never quite made it to the top. I’d still love to own this bronzer as I’ve been told by some trusted bloggers, its absolutely amazing. I don’t have any Kevyn Aucoin in my collection but this would be a great start.

img_8731BY TERRY Preciosity Flash Light Dual Compact – $65 USD ($85 AUD) from www.beautylish.com

This would also be a first product from a line but the concept is very intriguing. The mineral pigments are supposed to ‘scatter light to blur imperfections and uneven skin tone’ plus ‘offer subtle coverage and color correction’. By Terry has a good reputation so if this worked, it’d be my best friend for life.

img_8729ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Prism Eyeshadow Palette – $42 USD ($55 AUD) from www.beautylish.com

I have Modern Renaissance and Subculture so I need this one too. I’ve heard so many people say they haven’t stopped using it which is what was said about the MR this time last year so really need this. I may even attach this to one of my goals if it looks like I won’t get it for Christmas.

img_8723MARC JACOBS Style Eye Con No 20 The Wild One – $155 from www.sephora.com.au

Do I need another palette? No. Do I need to spend so much on 1 palette? No. But its on my wishlist anyway because I’ve been told by one of my trusted Insta friends that the formula is amazing. I actually would’ve bought last years’ limited edition Marc Jacobs palette but it had sold out before I could. I think I wouldn’t be able to justify spending this much on a palette this year but I can dream.

img_8727ZOEVA Opulence Eyeshadow Palette – $40 from www.sephora.com.au

Now this palette is affordable with a similar shade range to the Marc palette so its more likely I’d buy this one with a few other products from my list. Just look at the packaging too – its absolutely gorgeous and even though Zoeva doesn’t have THE best eyeshadow formula I own, for the price, it’s well worth it.

KAT VON D BEAUTY Saint + Sinner Eye Shadow Palette – $90 from www.sephora.com.au

This palette has already gone out of stock on Sephora and being limited edition, I may miss out on it. I’ve signed up for the waitlist me anyway and if I’m lucky enough, I may grab it anyway. Why? Kat Von D’s eyeshadows are different but so wearable and I love both the Metal Matte and Pastel Goth for making me think outside the usual shades I used. Plus, the packaging……

img_8739HUDA BEAUTY 3D Highlighter Palette in Golden Sands – $80 from www.sephora.com.au

I have so many highlighters already that as much as I want this palette, it is on the pricier side so it never quite makes it into my cart. I would love to have it in my collection but there are other products I’d buy first on my list here. I’d say it will end up as one of my goal rewards for next year.

CLINIQUE Mecca20 Best of Clinique Set – $40 from www.mecca.com.au

I reviewed a deluxe sample of the Pep Start cleanser in my last post and because I loved it so much, I’d love to try some more products from the brand. Take the day off cleansing balm has been raved about by another beauty blogger so I’m dying to try that and the moisturising lotion has been on my radar forever so what better way to try them without spending a fortune than in a set like this?

img_8745TOM FORD BEAUTY Bronzing Powder in Gold Dust – $105 from www.sephora.com.au

This is another one of those products that as much as I’d love to have it in my collection, it is quite expensive and probably not likely to make the top of my list. It makes the list because I really do think my TF highlighter is A-MAZ-ING so the bronzer would be too, right? And they would look stunning together in photos 🙂

img_8734ESTEE LAUDER x VICTORIA BECKHAM Night Eye Palette in Blanc Noir – $115 from www.sephora.com.au

You’re probably thinking I’ve got expensive taste with all these luxury products but, believe me, that is the reason they’re on here. I’d love to have some more luxury makeup in my collection but most of the time, I can’t justify it but if its bought for me……that’s another story 😉 This palette wouldn’t get heaps of use just because it is definitely a night time look and I don’t go out a lot but I’d still love it.img_8743

MARC JACOBS BEAUTY #Instamarc Light Filtering Contour Powder – $72 from www.sephora.com.au

It also looks like I’ve got an obsession with Marc Jacobs at the moment, which I do since I’ve bought the foundation and blush. I’d really like this one though because its smaller than my current contour compacts and perfect for travelling. It may end up as one of my goal rewards for this month though.

BECCA Velvet Blurring Primer Perfecting Base – $65 from www.sephora.com.au

Last product on my list is another product that has been strongly recommended by one of my Insta friends. It became her holy grail very quickly so I’d love to try it out and see if it becomes mine too. Who doesn’t want a blurring effect from their base? Again, it is on the pricier side for a primer when I’ve got so many already but it’s the only one on my list too.

Are any of these on your wishlist this Christmas? Or is there something on yours that I’ve missed here?

Thank you so much for reading such a long post 🙂

    1. I hope so too but I’m going to be doing a similar goal related only buy to my makeup purchases so we can save some money towards our next holiday. Some of the limited editions would be nice for Christmas though. I’d love to read your wish list and thank you for reading mine 🙌
