Hello beautiful ladies,
On Tuesday, I posted about the I Think I Love You palette (read about it here) with the story of these two palettes so I won’t go into it again here. The swatches are worth having a peek at though if you’re interested in that palette.

COLOURPOP Yes, Please Eyeshadow Palette
-
RRP – $16 USD ($20.80 AUD) from Colourpop (buy it here)
First Impressions: I have been lusting after this palette ever since it started popping up on Instagram but it was always sold out when I went to buy it, even with notifications, I was too slow. Good things come to those with a lot of patience though and I’ve finally got it in my hands. I’m obsessed with warm tomes at the moment, well, this whole year actually, and this one ticks all the boxes for me. More variety in colour choices than Urban Decay’s Heat palette, less pricey than Natasha Denona’s Sunset palette and less pricey and blingy than Huda Beauty’s Desert Dusk palette. The colours are all year round wearable (to my eyes anyway) and perfect for neutral or out there looks.
So, what about the packaging? Unlike the I Think I Love You palette, there are no shiny surfaces to reflect off when taking photos but the white matte is going to be dirty in 5 seconds. You can see in the photo above how I’ve swatched the dark brown, and its stained the cardboard already. Other than that, its a sturdy cardboard with a magnetic close. Basic, but functional.
Please note that swatches are one swipe with my finger and the photo is in natural light.
From top to bottom:
Full Zip: a matte warm cream vanilla. I bought this one as a single and use it as a base so I’m happy its included here too.
Big Cocktails: a matte warm bright orange. Just wow. I can’t wait to use this one.
Champs: a matte apricot. Perfect for more neutral looks.
Bling: my first instinct was that its a metallic rose gold but after comparing it side by side with Screw It (from I Think I Love You), its more of a coppery rose gold. I hope that makes sense.
From top to bottom:
Louie: I compared this with Bling and its very similar to me except it has a bit more of a gold tinge to it. On Colourpop’s website, its described as a metallic duochrome red with a gold flip but I disagree.
Butter Cake: I compared this one to Better Bitter and Rule Breaker and its inbetween the two shades of metallic gold. Not as yellow gold as Rule Breaker but not as true gold as Better Bitter.
Spoiled: matte red/brown. A little patchy but not as bad as some mattes I’ve come across.
GNO: matte orange/brown. These two could be so versatile with all the shades or with each other.
From top to bottom:
Mischief: matte yellow. I had trouble with this swatch, so much that I wiped it off and started again which I try not to do but it just looked horrible. Its still patchy but I’m hoping that doesn’t translate to my eyes because I don’t have a warm yellow and I’m really excited to try it.
Note to Self: matte warm taupe. Another one perfect for nude days.
Chauffeur: metallic orange/gold. Another wow. I haven’t come across this colour before and can’t wait to try it.
French Kiss: matte deep warm brown. Like Let’s Do It, this one is very pigmented and needs to be treated carefully or it will ruin the look.
There’s a few similar shades to the I Think I Love You palette and Bling and Louie side by side are very similar but overall, I’m very happy with the shade selections.
What do you think of this palette? Does it interest you?

Apart from swatching it, neither have I but I do intend to use it a lot this month for a full review. There’s some gorgeous shades in the palette I’d love to try. I’d love to know what you think of it when you do use it. Thank you for reading my post 🙌

This looks awesome. I have been meaning to try color pop, bit I am not a fan of single shadows. This is awesome.

I wasn’t a fan of singles either – I just never used them but you can buy an empty palette from Colourpop and fill it with your choices. I’ve created one palette of warm summery colours and I’m going to create one of cool wintery colours as well. I really do recommend Colourpop shadows for the price. Thank you for reading my post 😊

I have this palette and really like it. I thought it was going to be a bit warm for me, but many of the colors are so wearable. Great value for the price!

That’s what caught my attention – value for money. Even if you don’t use half the shades, it’s still amazing value 🙌 I’m glad it worked for you in the end too and thank you for reading 😊

It’ such a gorgeous palette ❤ I love all of the shades in it, and your swatches makes me want it even more 😀 Hopefully they'll have free worldwide shipping, so I can place an order hahaha

They do free shipping on orders over $50USD (it’s really not hard to spend that either) internationally. I always take advantage of that otherwise I pay too much in shipping. I’m sure you would love this palette then if you love the shades. Thank you for reading 😊

This palette looks gorgeous but I’m happy to pass it up in favour of more neutral palettes. So happy with the I Think I Love You, plus the Element of Surprise and You Had Me At Hello just arrived and they are stunning! So happy with them – but I notice there are some cross over in shades. Anyway, lovely post and photos as usual! ❤️

I have this palette in my shopping list. It goes out of stock instantly but now I think everyone has bought it and I will be able to get it 🙂 The swatches are pretty. I am planning on getting a few palettes from Colorpop. 🙂
